Nord-Korea knytter seg enda nærmere Putins Russland. Nordkoreanske soldater slåss for Putin i Ukraina. Nå er det bestemt at nordkoreanske barn skal lære russisk i skolen. Fra 4. klasse blir russisk obligatorisk i skolene i Kim Jong-un diktatur. I dag er det 600 personer som behersker russisk i Nord-Korea.
